Shipping Policy
Our journals and notebooks are printed on demand via our publisher and dispatched by them to reduce waste. Printing times for standard items is around 3-4 days but they can offer express production at an extra cost. Please contact us for more information on this. Bespoke items (e.g. that have cover foil take) slightly longer at around 5-6 days.
Journals ordered with additional items in our collection boxes are shipped directly from us and are posted within 3 days. We can offer express dispatch options on these so please get in touch.
Shipping options are then provided at check out.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange an item in its original condition within 30 days and with proof of purchase. Please get in contact to arrange this.
Any items that do not meet our high standards then we are more than happy to refund or exchange them. Again, please get in touch and we can arrange this. We would expect proof of purchase and the original item returning to us.
